Siargao Build (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online construction cost estimation tool and rental income projection calculator for properties on Siargao Island, Philippines. The Platform is available at siargaobuild.com (the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2.3. Actual construction costs, timelines, rental income, and returns may vary significantly based on site conditions, material availability, contractor pricing, regulatory changes, market fluctuations, and other factors beyond our control.

2.4. All cost rates and rental data are reviewed periodically but may not reflect the most current market conditions at the time of your use.

3. Connection to Local Professionals

3.1. The Platform may connect you with local professionals, including architects, land agents, and legal advisors (“Professionals”), who can provide formal consultations, proposals, and services related to your project.

3.2. Professionals featured on this Platform are independent practitioners. They are not employees, agents, subcontractors, or affiliates of Siargao Build. We do not control their services, pricing, quality of work, or professional conduct.

3.3. Any engagement between you and a Professional is a direct relationship governed by the terms you agree upon with that Professional. Siargao Build is not a party to such engagements and assumes no responsibility for the Professional’s performance, advice, or deliverables.

3.4. Siargao Build does not guarantee the availability, responsiveness, or suitability of any Professional for your specific project.

4. No Warranties on Estimates

4.1. All cost estimates, rental projections, ROI calculations, payback periods, and other figures presented by the Platform are provided “as is” for informational and educational purposes only.

4.2. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any estimate or projection. Market data sourced from third-party providers is presented in good faith but is not independently verified by us.

4.3. You should not make investment, construction, or financial decisions based solely on the Platform’s output. We strongly recommend engaging qualified professionals before committing to any project.

5. User Accounts

5.1. You may create an account to save and compare project configurations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5.2. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and submitting contact forms.

5.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Lead Submission & Contact Forms

6.1. When you submit a contact form or request a professional proposal through the Platform, you consent to your submitted information (name, email, phone, project details) being shared with the relevant Professional for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

6.2. By submitting a contact form, you are requesting to be contacted by a Professional. You may opt out of further communication at any time by notifying the Professional directly or by contacting us at hello@siargaobuild.com.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content on the Platform — including text, design, code, logos, images, and the calculation methodology — is owned by or licensed to Siargao Build and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.3. PDF reports generated by the Platform are for your personal use and may not be redistributed commercially.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Your use of or reliance on any estimate, projection, or information provided by the Platform;
• Any engagement, transaction, or dispute between you and a Professional;
• Any inaccuracy in cost data, rental data, or market information;
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform.

8.2. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siargao Build and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your engagement with any Professional.
